Malas noticias para el líder del campeonato. Darwin Guagua, atacante de Independiente del Valle, estará fuera de las canchas entre 2 y 3 meses tras sufrir una fractura de platillo tibial anteromedial en la rodilla izquierda, según confirmó el Departamento Médico del club este domingo.
La lesión, sufrida durante los últimos entrenamientos, deja al experimentado zaguero fuera del resto de la LigaPro 2025, justo cuando el equipo de Javier Rabanal lucha por consolidar su dominio en el torneo y asegurar el título nacional.
En el comunicado oficial, el club detalló que Guagua seguirá un tratamiento conservador, con uso de muletas y un proceso de rehabilitación supervisada, sin necesidad de intervención quirúrgica. La recuperación dependerá de su evolución en las próximas semanas.
🗣️ “Todo Independiente del Valle expresa su total apoyo a Darwin en este proceso y le desea una pronta y completa recuperación”, señaló el comunicado.
La ausencia de Guagua representa una baja sensible para el ataque rayado.
Por ahora, IDV deberá reinventarse atrás, confiando en la solidez de su plantel y la capacidad de respuesta de un grupo acostumbrado a sobreponerse ante la adversidad.
